Delivery and Shipments
We understand that you can’t wait to receive your Fluffy Crunch Boxes or Gift Packs, so we do our best to post orders placed and paid for by credit card before 10:30AM Sydney time (Mon-Fri) on the same day. All other orders are posted 1 business day after payment clears.
Personalised Party Favours do require an additional processing time and depending on your location from Sydney we have tabled the minimum notice time we require.

*Time frames take into account making the product fresh for every order, individualy customising and personalising each favour as well as our production schedule, the design and printing time frames as well as postage timetables. If orders are received outside this notice period Fluffy Crunch can not guarantee you’re your party favours will be delivered before your scheduled event and we do not offer refunds for orders that arrive late, however every effort is taken to ensure that we get your order dispatched as early as possible.

Shipping charges are automatically calculated on checkout and is determine by the estimated weight of the parcel, destination and shipping method. We offer trackable standard & express shipping options.

Authority To Leave
If you would like Fluffy Crunch, to deliver goods without your signature, you take full responsibility for the condition of the goods. Fluffy Crunch, will not take responsibility for the condition of your goods. If no-one is home, we will leave your gift safely in our signature delivery box. If there is nowhere safe, a calling card will be left.
Fluffy Crunch retains records for proof of delivery, and remains exempt from any liability or responsibility for loss or damage arising as a result of parcels being left safely and securely at unattended premises and/or due to an incident arising from 'returned, melted or undeliverable' products.
Incorrect address details supplied & unclaimed parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to an invcorect address or because it was not collected form the post office, a return fee will be charged which is imposed by Australia Post. Should the delivery address supplied by the customer be incorrect or insufficient, Fluffy Crunch cannot accept any responsibility for any loss experienced. It is the responsibility of the customer to supply accurate details at the time of order. To avoid disappointment or additional charges, it is important that the customer supply us with the full and correct address details when placing your order. This will assist us in a smooth delivery without time delay.
You will need to notify us via email firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of receiving your order if you wish to organize a return. Returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Once a return is approved, items will need to be posted within 7 days. Items must be received in an unopened, unused condition suitable for resale. We will process a credit or refund back to your credit card once the items are received in good condition. Items that are returned must be in its original state and in the condition they were sent in. Postage costs will not be refunded and return postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
